Coaching with Horses™ programs bring humans and horses together to ignite the natural wisdom and potential in the human. Located in the Roaring Fork Valley of Carbondale, Colorado, equestrians and non-equestrians grow and expand their life and professional skills by experiencing coaching with horses through personal retreats, private programs, and public workshops.

Groups, individuals, equestrians and business leaders, as well as entrepreneurs and people in caring professions all come to experience the power of the horse as teacher. Coaching with Horses™ (also called Equine Facilitated Learning or EFL) programs have proven to be beneficial to individuals by broadening their way of experiencing and relating to others and the world around them. Participants immediately infuse their learning and skill development into their everyday life.

Life Transitions/Personal Development –Areas of focus include: expanding ones authentic expression, creativity, emotional and energetic awareness, finding one’s purpose and passion, life and business transitions, and communication skills.

 

Leadership – Leadership programs are designed to help individuals and teams develop self-management skills, trust their natural wisdom and express heart centered power. While engaging with horses individuals gain tools for assertiveness, inspiring others to greatness, creating respectful relationships/teams and proficiency in non-verbal communication skills.

 

Equine Facilitated Learning and Coaching Apprenticeship Program – Week long programs teach the skills needed to facilitate equine based learning experiences. There are three levels of learning in the Apprenticeship program which will positively shift your effectiveness as a leader, teacher, healer, counselor, and communicator. Learn key tools for coaching with horses and transfer these tools to all areas of your life. Custom designed for people seeking tools and skills to enhance their lives and relationships as well as for those wishing to employ horses in their professions.

 

Equestrian - Competitive equestrian’s benefit by learning tools to deepen their relationship and connection to their horse and move through blocks to their success. Mind Body Method Coaching processes help equestrians reach higher levels of communication, connection, and performance with their horses. Through the invisible connection, rider and horse become united in harmony. Private sessions also help individuals learn tools to overcome fears from accidents with horses.
